The Pea Project – Part 3: Improvised, Not Perfect

The paint wasn’t even properly dry and we carried straight on. Interior build. For now we skipped insulation completely. Same with a roof vent and side windows — mainly because of time, not because we suddenly decided we don’t need them. Quite the opposite. But for the first trip they weren’t life-or-death items. Nordkapp 2017 — Arctic Adventure: New Year’s Eve at the End of the World

Nearly 4,000 kilometres in six days.
Sounds almost… harmless.

But —
in snow, on ice, with barely any daylight,
because in the Arctic winter the sun can hardly be bothered to show up at all.

A journey through the lonely vastness of the Polar Circle.

Through the “white desert” to Father Christmas and his elves,
to reindeer and huskies.

A drive that started as a mad idea —
and ended as a life-threatening adventure.

❄️ The full story is coming soon.
